Where to begin… I’ve had a camera in my hands as long as I can remember (Kodak first and Polaroid soon after). The rest is history!

From school activities to church services, photos to videos, I have always had a camera in my hands. Enter: Adulthood. I moved after high school and started making new friends and mentors. This opened few doors like taking photos for the school paper and covering events for social groups. Whether alone or under the guidance of another, I loved capturing the moment and perfecting my craft.

Fast forward to the pandemic: the economy hit a snag and everyone was throwing their hats in the ring to earn more (I decided to do the same). Took me a while to settle on following my passion instead of reinventing the wheel. I didn’t have a portfolio, I wasn’t very business minded, I lacked equipment… but most importantly, my confidence was suffering. What made me different? What made me special?

I bought a new camera (new to me) and started to capture more (people, animals, buildings, etc.). With requests and encouragement from friends and family, I finally got a picture of what made me unique. I got the confidence to create my brand and make my business official.
